The stroopwafel broodje is a Dutchie twist on the classic cinnamon roll. What sets it apart is instead of using only cinnnamon, I use a Dutch cookie spice mix in the filling and I top the roll with a cream cheese frosting to cut a bit of the sweetness and some chopped up stroopwafels.
