Welcome to Book & Broodje Bakery, your new go-to for fresh-baked goodies in the Haarlem area.

I started my business after an overwhelmingly positive response to my Bakestagram/Bookstagram account, hence the name. Long term, I hope to offer both books and baked goods, with an eventual ambition to leave the corporate world and open up my own brick-and-mortar shop.

For now, you can find my homemade twists on classic treats, from chewy cookies and rich brownies to gooey sweet rolls and breads all baked in small batches.
